This is a brief note on the genuine appreciation for the professional and immediate attention shown by Bond Locksmiths to a problem we had at our Vermont South office on a Saturday morning. At 7pm Peter received a call from me advising that we were unable to gain entry to our office due to tampering of our door locks. I was particularly impressed with Peter's attitude saying that he would be on his way immediately and to expect him within 15 to 20 minutes.

On a bitterly cold Saturday morning, Peter Ellis did everything and more to get our locks operational. They had been super-glued and the job was extremely diffcult.

We are indebted to Bond Locksmiths' attention and determination to get the job done, but more importantly, his attitude to attend our plight, when he could have spent extra time in his warm bed.

Thanks Peter, it really was a bitterly cold morning, and a most difficult job.
